The Big Sleep

My man Dimelo sent this separated-at-birth call to me last night. Not bad…

After the game yesterday, A’s starter, Dallas Braden was disappointed by the lack of Bronx Cheer he received:

I was expecting more,” said Braden, who verbally sparred with Alex Rodriguez early this season before throwing a perfect game against Tampa Bay on May 9. “They get an ‘F’ in my book.”

Here’s the thing, Dallas. Yankee fans don’t boo sub-.500 pitchers on losing teams. You don’t matter enough to boo. Now, that’s a diss.

Damn straight. Now this is more than enough electrons spilled on this yahoo.

To more important matters, I didn't realize that CC was working on a one hitter. Day-um.

I know, right? I don't think Braden is going to cross my mind even once for the rest of the year. And if he does, I'll be laughing, not angry. Dude is irrelevant.

Dimelo's picture is better than not-bad. The cheek bones!

Come on now, he is a good pitcher. Better this year than most Yankee starters. He dissed A Rod with gusto. Of course he deserves booing.

3) If Rodriguez was playing, if the A's were a contender, if it was a night game, sure. But otherwise, the guy ain't as good a bad guy as he thinks. Decent little pitcher. Big mouth. Yawn.
