My grandmother did that to me once. Just once.

Danny Vermin: I got something to stop him.
Dutch: They made it for him special. It's an eighty-eight Magnum.
Danny Vermin: It shoots through schools.

Talk about a movie that belongs to brief, fleeting moment in time.

This one belongs to that flickering flash of about 18 months when Joe Piscopo was actually funny ... before he started lifting weights, 'roided up and turned orange.

Is there anyone who doesn't like Johnny Dangerously? I feel like it should have a Caddyshack-like place in the '80s comedy cannon, yet somehow seems to always slip people's minds. My mom used to yell at me for going around calling people farging iceholes all the time when I was nine, but she loved the movie, too.

[4] Piscopo's delivery of that last line is perfect.

[3] My father hung me on a hook once. Once.

I mean, seriously.

Johnny Dangerously: The name's Dangerously. Johnny Dangerously.
Lil: Did you know you're last name is an adverb?
