Cubbies hired a manager! Now all the Girardi to Chicago rumors can stop.
[2] People used to look at me funny when I'd say there was no way Girardi would leave NY. I never quite understood why anyone thought otherwise, outside of the family attachment.
The Yanks have to win the ALCS first, and ditto the Giants in the NLCS, but I think a NY-SF Serious would be fantastic.
