Simplicity

It’s cool and most cloudy here in the Bronx. Short week before Thanksgiving coming up. We should start to see some player movement around or just after the holiday.

In the meantime, hope you have a good one. And yo, remember: Do something nice for yourself…

Or someone you know…

You deserve it. Say Word.

I'm a little excited about football games in baseball parks. Its hilarious that they didn't think about the wall in wrigley and have to switch ends of the field with every possession. It seems to work better in Yankee stadium. I think it would be cool for them to play in fenway too (maybe boston college versus someone), as they apparently used to.

Go Army against the Golden Domers!

[1] I am going to the game tonight and have to admit am as excited for it as most Yankee games. Of course, I don't really care about the game...I just can't wait to see the Stadium dressed up for football and host to another historic rivalry.

If your out there monkeypants, I took your idea about % of leading win total and Cy Youngs and turned it into a blog post. Although Felix' is the lowest percentage, there are some other interesting conclusions.

Leyritz acquitted of DUI manslaughter. Convicted of DUI (which was a no brainer)

[1] Yeah, it's going to be funny to watch.

How about doing something for someone you don't know? Consider, if you please, a donation of an equal amount as what you or your family will consume to a shelter or food bank.

so cool watching this game in Yankee Stadium. Plus they gave us some nice looks of the walk from the locker room to the field. I suppose YES has shown that stuff before but I hadn't seen it.

I'm sure this is common knowledge here already, but just in case:

1.) After an extensive and interesting process, the Yanks selected inaugural Devil Rays manager and current (until now) Cubs pitching coach Larry Rothschild as their new pitching coach.

2.) The Yanks also added Dellin Betances, Brandon Laird and Ryan Pope to the 40-man roster.

3.) Jonathan Albaledejo was released and will sign with a team in Japan. Good luck, kid; many of us think you deserved better, but it didn't show in the few times we actually did see you.

[6] The no brainer is the jury compromised to send a message about DUI rather than evaluating the evidence which showed a BAC, if you consider the margin of error, below .8. Some conscience of the community. The case wasted time, money, and justice. OJ Simpson destroyed the jury system almost as much as Bush v Gore destroyed respect for the decisions of the Supreme Court.
