Had a couple of friends over this past Saturday where we just hung out, watched my DVD of "The Tudors" and basically had that picture above (with some avocado & fruit thrown in for good measure).
Deeelish!
This reminds me of a game my niece and I used to play growing up. I had a pictorial math book in elementary school filled with photos of various objects. We'd sit opposite of each other and turn one page at a time; if a picture of food popped up, the first one to snatch at it and gobble it up would win a point. At the end of the book, we'd count how many points we had and declare the winner.
This was especially fun to play while waiting for dinner, or if there wasn't anything to eat (a pleasant distraction.) Children's encyclopedias (Childcraft and Young Students in particular) would turn into all-out war... >;)
[2} but...but...it's cheese! and bread! and meaty goodness! Perhaps you're letting your taste buds be distracted by the image of the stinky-socked feet at the bottom of the picture ;-)
