i haven't followed the boston mangager search closely, but how do you end up with bobby v and gene lamont as your final two?
i know some think booby v is a good manager and the red sox will probably have a better record next year than they did this year, but i don't see this as a good hire for the sox. yay!!!!!!!!!!!
and it should definitely add to the circus.

My favorite was reading metsblog and folks saying how this will make it easier for them to root against the Yanks now. And for me all this has done is make me hate the Mets even more, too. Eff the Sux, Eff the Mutts, and Eff Valentine. I hope the sox keep imploding.
If Bobby V. shows up to the press conference with a bucket of wings, beer and a video game console, the Sox are in luck. If he's buttoned-down and sincere, watch out!
