The new manager of the Red Sox. Won’t be dull, that’s for sure.

i haven't followed the boston mangager search closely, but how do you end up with bobby v and gene lamont as your final two?
i know some think booby v is a good manager and the red sox will probably have a better record next year than they did this year, but i don't see this as a good hire for the sox. yay!!!!!!!!!!!
and it should definitely add to the circus.

Something tells me this marriage was arranged by the Red Sox Nation marketing geniuses in Bristol, CT.
The only irritant they would be more attracted to than the one they see in the mirror would be this putz.
It's a perfect marriage. When does the 2 hour special air on E!?

Fun Fun Fun to be a Yankees Fan.

When Bobby V. inevitably returns to the broadcasting booth, his Yankees coverage should be even more bile-y.

4) damn, meant to say yutz, not putz. There's a difference, and Valentine is the first one.

My favorite was reading metsblog and folks saying how this will make it easier for them to root against the Yanks now. And for me all this has done is make me hate the Mets even more, too. Eff the Sux, Eff the Mutts, and Eff Valentine. I hope the sox keep imploding.

If Bobby V. shows up to the press conference with a bucket of wings, beer and a video game console, the Sox are in luck. If he's buttoned-down and sincere, watch out!

[0] You know Bobby V pulled a Krusty the Klown as soon as that pic was snapped. He did NOT eat at Lotteria when over here..grapevine says he lived the highlife with food, drink and local female companions.

[11] Who wouldn't? Best food and best women in the world, no doubt.
