Hmmm...it occurs to me that if I weren't in the middle of writing a 20 page paper, I could wander around hotel lobbies and be the official Banter Winter Meetings scout. I'm sure Brian Cashman always wanted a tiny blonde stalker.

[2] Hey, there's still the rest of the week! :) Besides, this is the last paper I will ever write, so there's reason to celebrate. If only it was on public financing for sports venues, then I could claim that happy hour was legitimate research...

[3] he means that in a very respectful and gentlemanly way!

good luck on your paper and congrats on graduating (i'm assuming you are since this is your last paper...). the bar will still be there for you to imbibe celebratory/matriculation suds, though cashman and his cronies will most likely be gone by then...

cheers!

[4] I never dreamed of taking it any other way!

Thanks for the well wishes. I've got about one more page to write, then I'm free! There will still be plenty of time for Steinbrenner and Cashman sightings.

[5] not sure how much of a lurker you are 'round these parts. i'm a sucker for (tiny) blondes so that's why chyll singled me out! ; )

haven't been to the Big D for quite some time. enjoy, post-paper!

Yeah, when I read "I'm sure Brian Cashman always wanted a tiny blonde stalker" that was the first thing I thought of, but of course Will got in there way ahead. Hmph.
I was in Texas this past weekend! The unTexasest part, though.
