I swear there's one in Jersey; quite near the city in fact, but they never quite finished renovating it...

There is a missile silo similar to that in my town in northern vermont that until recently was used by the town maintenance department. Last year they discoverd that the ground was contaminated by all manner of toxic waste dating from the time the silo was active.
