I wonder what Pineda is thinking there, I'm guessing: "Krispy Kreme freshly glazed donuts come out at 1:45, if I race over to North Florida Avenue when I leave here at 1:30 then I'll make it in time. Girardi can kill that noise about a shoulder strengthening program. Tool!!!"

That looks like a picture from a "where are they now" story about a player who crashed out of baseball a decade ago.

It's counterproductive to my experience as a Yankee fan to dwell on this deal any longer, so I will get my thoughts in order for the recap tonight and try to be done with it. Yeesh, hope it's a win or else it could be dark.

What's the over/under on homers that Prince and Miggy hit this weekend? I'm going over 4.

[3] I'll take the under on 4. And I bet they all come on Saturday.

What gets darker is that in 2013 we probably lose Kuroda, Pettite and Garcia. CC, Nova and Hughes will be all that's left. Pineda was supposed to be a linchpin for the next few years. I hope Schilling is right and the kid comes out of rehab 100%. Schilling, despite being a dickwad, had a great work ethic so I believe what he's saying.

Yikes. ESPN is reporting that Delmon Young was picked up for a hate crime near Times Square early this morning.
