Feeling sad today for the Super Bowl. It’s the Broncos vs. the Seahawks. I see Seattle as the better team but I’m pulling for Peyton. I liked the Seahawks as a kid–Kenny Easley was one of my favorite players–so I’ll be happy if they win. But a second title for Peyton is want I’d most like to see.
I don’t have any bets on the game but if I did I’d go with the Seahawks.
Regardless, let’s hope it’s a good game.

Loved him in The Talented Mr. Ripley. So many terrific performances.
Peyton gets my vote, but I agree Seahwaks would be fun.
Somebody at work told me they're calling this the Bud Bowl because both teams hail from states that legalized pot.
Going with the Fighting Mannings.
Peyton 2 picks so far--one his fault, the other not. Broncos are this close to getting blown out.
It's over.
My numbers died with the safety. First time I get no 5's or 2's and they mess it up. Nice to see defense reemerge in the NFL.
It's games like this.... with absurd hype, that remind me why baseball's so great.
I don't recall a Super Bowl this bad.
7) Oh, there've been a a handful this bad, more than 1 featuring these same Broncos.
This was definitely a stinker.
This... was not even a good game. That's all I wanted; didn't care who won, just a good game. Couldn't even do that. I'm glad for the Seahawks, but dayum.
[8] Mm-hmm... You'll be seeing that for weeks.
[8] XXIV. Ouch.
Actually, you youngsters are lucky. For most of the last 10-15 years and especially the last 7 years, the Super Bowl has generally been a fantastic, down-to-the-last-second game.
In my youth and into my young adulthood it was always either a dud or a total blowout. The only time I enjoyed was when the Raiders were doing the blowout (ancient history anymore).
To riff on the Radio Shack ad, the 1980s called. Apparently they wanted their Superbowl back.
