thanks for linking this, Alex! i check on Cardboard Gods everyday - new Series up! - but i haven't been checking Neyer's blog since he went on vacation. i would've missed this if it weren't for you! i know Neyer's a big Wilker fan, so i should've expected this...

Alex, could you possibly link Josh's site on the sidebar? I used to check it out all the time at the old joint b/c it was right there. Checking out Clemens' 20 k game vs. Detroit on 9/18/96 on the MLB. Man, there was a shade under 9,000 people to see that game. Yikes.

I mentioned this @ WW, but 2 of Clagget's last 3 appearances have been starts, so it's not outside the realm of possibility that he may be a fill-in for Mitre if he gets bombed again.
