this is pretty close to my work, so i can get there easily.
yep, not cheap, but they have a lot of good stuff that you need for indian cooking.

Kalustyan's is one of the spots I miss most, living here in NC these days. A definite go-to. The whole 'hood is great noshing.

And you know the "Armory Show" they keep talking about in Reds? Just down the avenue, that's the armory. 1913 exhibit there pretty much brought modern art to America.

Huy Fong, purveyors of delicious Sriracha sauce (along with the Sambal Oelek seen above). I really hated it the first few times I tried it. It is a kitchen necessity for me now.
