Got to spend a good chunk of last evening out on the back porch, listening to the Mud Hens battle Strasburg, reading, watching the hounds and having a coupleabeers. Only went in when it got too dark to read.

Ah, summertime.

Yay Summer!

And Curtis Granderson played in a rehab game last night.

Help is on the way!

The return of Granderson is key because it not only add his presence, but should hopefully permanently remove Winn and also remove the need to play Gardner every day.

Speaking of Gardner, Girardi needs to but him back at the end of the order and have Swisher bat second. It was an ill conceived idea from the beginning, so hopefully Girardi's usually stubborness doesn't override common sense.
