When this post first loaded, the first thing I saw was the top photo, and I briefly thought it was an artsy photo of Andy Pettitte.

[1] Oh Jeez, let's not get started - if Andy's Michael, who's Fredo?

vito = george, sonny = showalter, fredo = mattingly (or randolph), tom = cashman, connie = clemens, tessio = torre, clemenza = zimmer, carlo = damon, merle = pavano....etc

Ahh, "Visions of Light!" I saw that when I was about 22 and it just opened up a whole universe for me. It was like the decoder ring unlocking film history.

I've wanted my own copy for sometime but it's very pricey.

[1] I thought the same thing, Cliff, for about half a second.
