I make a pesto "pizza" at home, very tasty... although as a pizza purist, I can't really call it a pizza.

 You can encrust the whole thing with chicken, sausage, steak and pepperoni and it's still not pizza. It's a tasty meat frisbee. I'll even accept various forms of cheese or sauce as the right answer... (lol, can't help it >;)
Hilarious! I showed this picture to Uncle Woodrow and asked him what it was.
