Nice analysis A, B, and C. Love the beats at the beginning and end of the show. I caught the first 4 innings last night, and aside from Jeter's roaming into Cano's zone I thought they looked really good. Alex, minus 7 pounds regardless, looks really nimble, and the speed with which he turned on that fastball from Baker was astonishing.
As far as overall offense goes, the Rangers have got it going on and they should be truly feared if their pitching holds up. I have a friend (a Sox fan) who was crazy enough to drive to Dallas for the weekend and he came back rather unhappy. He also said that the Rangers fans were total assholes, so that makes me feel better about what Cliff Lee's screeching wife had to say last season about Yanks fans.
If you like offensive fireworks like I do, this is going to be an exhilarating season!
But there's one catch, and it's why I shush everyone and totally focus when Jeter's at the plate: if he doesn't hit a little in the next few weeks, I have to imagine that even for one of the games' most balanced, re-equilibriating players, it'll be hard for him to believe in himself.

LOL re: "stiffs" and the cupcakes line.
