I first heard this song as the commercial bumper music on WPIX broadcasts of Yankee games in the '80s. Still holds up. Probably my favorite post-Keith Moon Who song, maybe even my favorite favorite post-Quadrophenia Who song.

yup, and that's Daltrey on rhythm guitar. They had to give him something to do.
It's totally a Pete tune, but I'd be curious to hear Roger's version. Unless Pete was totally proprietary of it, I wonder if they tried it a Roger vocal.
