Does the hating on adverbs have to do with Cliff Lee?
I did think it was funny that in the very sentence you used to explain why you hate the adverbs, you had both 'usually' and 'admiringly' (the latter maybe deliberateLY?)

Ted should have mentioned people who use "could care less". I'd put "LOL" after that, but I hate "LOL" almost as much as I hate Youk's batting stance.
