I've got to be out the door by 5:45am tomorrow but this one's too good to miss.
I'ma stick wit it til midnight or so.
In the best interests of baseball, Kershaw should have to pitch blindfolded to our 5-9 hitters.

1) That's great!

3 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 9:06 pm

Yanks offense explodes against Kershaw tonight because they never score for Kuroda. Weirder things have happened.

4 Boatzilla   ~  Jul 31, 2013 9:10 pm

What in the hell is that line-up? After Wells it drops off a cliff.

5 Mattpat11   ~  Jul 31, 2013 9:11 pm

That's certainly a lineup.

6 RIYank   ~  Jul 31, 2013 9:19 pm

Free baseball at Fenway.

[4] After Wells it drops off a cliff.

After?

8 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 9:29 pm

Diving slide and then a rocket to slide to 2nd. Damn!

9 The Hawk   ~  Jul 31, 2013 9:31 pm

Puig is really something

10 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 9:32 pm

Hot damn! A successful play!

11 RIYank   ~  Jul 31, 2013 9:33 pm

Lillibridge to somewhere!

12 RIYank   ~  Jul 31, 2013 9:35 pm

[9] Vernon Wells is also something!
But there the similarity ends.

13 RIYank   ~  Jul 31, 2013 9:36 pm

Daniel Nava strikes out on eleven pitches and they go to the eleventh.

14 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 9:37 pm

MF!

15 RIYank   ~  Jul 31, 2013 9:37 pm

Damn, I wanted to see Hiroki bat with the bases loaded.

16 Mattpat11   ~  Jul 31, 2013 9:40 pm

Remember, folks, this is the lineup that the Yankees determined was un-improvable.

17 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 9:51 pm

I sure hope they ordered Kuroda not to swing. That was a joke.

18 RIYank   ~  Jul 31, 2013 9:58 pm

Well, 51 pitches for Kershaw after three IP, so that's something at least.

19 Mattpat11   ~  Jul 31, 2013 10:15 pm

...

20 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 10:21 pm

I am enjoying the booth ripping Adrian Gonzalez. Good.

[20] Got Scully on here, what were the YES guys saying about A-Gon?

22 RIYank   ~  Jul 31, 2013 10:30 pm

14th inning at Fenway.

23 Mr OK Jazz Tokyo   ~  Jul 31, 2013 10:33 pm

Classic Pasta.

24 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 10:33 pm

[21] That his incessant whining about travel times and Sunday night games whilst in Boston was rather remarkable. You wanted $$$$ so STFU and play. (paraphrasing) ; )

25 Chyll Will   ~  Jul 31, 2013 10:39 pm

[24] if Cashman were in the booth, it probably wouldn't be paraphrasing ;)

26 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 10:39 pm

Man, the Pirates won again tonight. 2 1/2 up over Cardinals. I watched their game yesterday and the fans were having a blast. Late afternoon game and the standing room only section was packed. Tons of boats chilling in the Allegheny. I can't believe I haven't been to PNC Park, yet. I went to a few games at Three Rivers Stadium while in college and it was depressing.

Pastadiv....

30 RIYank   ~  Jul 31, 2013 10:52 pm

15th inning at Fenway.

31 kenboyer made me cry   ~  Jul 31, 2013 10:55 pm

My Hiro is keeping up with Kershaw, but for how long can this all rest on his shoulders? The Yankees seem to be hitting the ball hard right at someone.

Can we get a little score Yugo please?

32 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 10:58 pm

Wow! That 8-2 put out at Fenway was something. What a throw.

33 kenboyer made me cry   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:02 pm

[26] It is great to see the big crowd in Pittsburgh. For the price of two tickets in the NYS legends seats, protected by that moat,;you could probably hire a limo to drive you and a guest roundtrip to Pittsburgh, get tickets behind home plate, and enjoy a good dinner.

34 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:02 pm

Thanks, Agon. You fucking douche.

35 Mr OK Jazz Tokyo   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:03 pm

[34] Wow, he is SLOW!

36 kenboyer made me cry   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:05 pm

Agon... take me away. What was he doing?

37 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:05 pm

[33] Also, a trip to Primantis and an ice cold IC Light. lol...

38 kenboyer made me cry   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:10 pm

Uh-oh... I guess it must be fun to chant "Yankees Suck", but "Beat L.A." just feels better.

39 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:10 pm

"Yankees Suck" even at Dodger Stadium. huh.

40 kenboyer made me cry   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:12 pm

Damn, I hate these sound effects between every pitch.

41 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:12 pm

There is way too much fucking sound system at that stadium. Holy Crow.

42 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:12 pm

[40] Get outta my brain! : )

43 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:13 pm

Well, that was rather important.

44 kenboyer made me cry   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:13 pm

Hiro gritty gutty!

45 kenboyer made me cry   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:21 pm

Melke Mesa is the pinch hitting threat?

46 kenboyer made me cry   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:22 pm

I guess he is...good job taking what they gave him.

47 Mr OK Jazz Tokyo   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:23 pm

Stewart & Melky Mesa bk2bk hits off of Kershaw. YCPB...

48 Ara Just Fair   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:24 pm

Brett is hopeless.

49 kenboyer made me cry   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:32 pm

Hey Jetes, they all can't be hit right at you.

50 kenboyer made me cry   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:39 pm

C'mon Yanks, just score one so the LA faithful can witness Mo.

51 Mattpat11   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:54 pm

Hooray!

52 kenboyer made me cry   ~  Jul 31, 2013 11:56 pm

Overbay looked over matched, but he got it done.

53 Ara Just Fair   ~  Aug 1, 2013 12:00 am

Holy shit! Ellis done fucked up!

54 kenboyer made me cry   ~  Aug 1, 2013 12:01 am

As Vin would say, "now I've seen everything". The Yanks deserve a break.

55 Ara Just Fair   ~  Aug 1, 2013 12:11 am

Beaut.

56 kenboyer made me cry   ~  Aug 1, 2013 12:12 am

The Yanks still have life. Nice win.

57 Ara Just Fair   ~  Aug 1, 2013 12:13 am
