Breaking Bad

“I’ve always been a guy that’s said bend, don’t break,” C.C. Sabathia said after the game today. “I’ve been breaking a lot this year.”

Sabathia wasn’t great, Jon Lester was. Minus Lil’ Sori, the Yanks got 3 hits, while the Sox chipped away with 5 runs as the Sox beat the Yanks again.

Final Score: Red Sox 5, Yanks 1.

The Yankees scramble to make the playoffs would feel a lot more meaningful if there were any doubt about what would happen vs. the Sawx when they got there.

Hate to be a Debbie Downer...but it just seems like this is not our year.

Still hoping the A's can continue their surge and end up with the best record and force the Sox to play the Tiggers in the first round.Optimistic I know.
