That's what I'm talking' about! Go Buccos! Down with the stinkin' cardinals. Greatest fans in the league my ass.

It'd be ballsy as hell if the Pirates win tonight. I wouldn't bet against the Cards but still, one can always dream.

Although, if *I'm* dreaming, it's of the alternate universe where Gerrit Cole didn't pass up the Yankees to go to UCLA.

Of course, if that happened, the vaunted Yankees development team probably would have turned him into a reliever by now, so maybe I need to hold out for the alternate alternate universe ...

Freese True Outcomes.

I cant' believe whoever that is in the booth expected Cole to field that hit up the middle. "He couldn't field his position." Bullshit.

9 Boatzilla   ~  Oct 9, 2013 9:37 pm

Dang. Pirates are gonna lose.

Who's our next Cinderella...? No one left. Not a Cinderella, but I have to pull for the A's now.

Hopefully it won't be another 21 years until the Pirates make the post-season. Oh, well. Fuck the cardinals.

"I'm rooting for the Dodgers now. Somebody has to beat those Cardinals," said the 5-year-old, dealing magnificently with his first taste of playoff-defeat a day before his 6th birthday. I think he'll never like "those Cardinals".

11) Good man. Now, if only somebody could beat those Red Sox.
