A snow storm is set to hit New York today. We’re still going to be relatively quiet here until early next week but I’ll have a couple few things fuh anyone who is around.

Bleh. Shoveled twice yesterday and this morning, the paths the dogs had made last night were gone. Spent an hour digging out just the driveway (normally can do the driveway, sidewalk, etc. in 1/2 an hour) and the whole town is shut down except for one employer. Mine. but hey, once the snowstorm goes away, so do the temperatures. Negative nine forecast for Sunday.

How long until pitchers and catchers?

Spending the week in Vernon nj; quiet and cold. Calling for 10" tonight. Catching up on movies I missed this year. "White House Down" was surprisingly fun, although it was clearly a Bruce Willis movie without him. NJ pizza still wonderful.

Expecting about the same as NY, mostly overnight. Probably a total of 10" or so.

Winter! But hey, the countdown to pitchers and catchers is on.

Saw "American Hustle" and "Wolf of Wall Street" over the break. Really enjoyed AH, even though Russell seemed to be having so much fun that he sometimes left the proceedings wander a bit. And it has one of the greatest cameos of all time.

But WOWS...that's a movie that I will probably end up watching dozens of times before all is said and done. It's the best thing Marty's done since Goodfellas (which at some point I'm just going to have to acknowledge as my favorite movie of all time). It's not for everyone, but holy hell I adored it.
