Yanks are on a nice little roll.
They’ve got the Jays this weekend as both teams trail the O’s by 3 games.

I'm deeeep in enemy territory -- downeast Maine. I think I can get the Jays' radio broadcast tonight, in fact -- maybe from New Brunswick. I've got it before here.
I get internet connectivity once a day, and I've been loading highlights. Pretty good highlights! Also Bronx Banter, needless to say.
Since the start of last year, the Yanks have scored only 1049 runs and allowed 1097 and somehow played at a .525 clip, going 138-125.
A good bullpen and the manager are just about the only common threads through those 263 games. Probably a lot of fluke in there, but just wanted to give Girardi a tip of the cap for whatever his part is.
You've got it all wrong Jon. Clearly you're not aware of the secret sacrifices to the baseball gods going on in my backyard.
My request is to win or lose big.
It involves rodent carcasses that my cat brings home. Can get pretty icky, but, seems to be working.
Indeed. Also, the way our pitching staff is over achieving, i've got to give mad credit to Rothschild. He must be doing amazing things with these guys.
It's good to be unplugged. Game threads aren't the same without you though. Enjoy your time in Maine!
you should visit braves country; it's much more hospitable.
