I’m rooting for the Seahawks but think the Pats will win. This’ll be to Brady what ’09 was to Jeter.

Hope I’m wrong.

Either way, you guys, enjoy!

Lived in Seattle for a year, so I'm going with the Seachickens.

Before she finished the second line, I was thinking to take bets on this being the worst singing of the National Anthem ever. Holy Cow did she ever gild the lily.

Defense is holding so far. Unlike in the Puppy Bowl.

Finally some scoring

5) Not so fast. You should know better...

Is "escapability" a word?

…Pats are winning this one.

Yup, turning into a good battle.

Nail biting ending, good game.

Well, we did get to see a football dynasty.

How do you not give the ball to Lynch there? The question that will haunt Pete Carroll forever.

[2] I thought the same. Thought it was the slowest most drawn out version I'd ever heard. Then I wondered if someone told her to slow it down so the fly over would be synched up. But who knows. Gild the lily, indeed.

[13] Crazy ending to a game. First that wild catch, then what may be the most 2nd guessed call in recent NFL history. Wow. Sure beats last year's game (for those of us with no real rooting interest).

[7] Hey, I noticed that too! ('escapability') If Russell has a lot of escapability, doesn't that mean he's easy to escape? Pointed it out to my wife and she laughed.

[12] I have a feeling we saw two.

I don't like second-guessing coaches. You have to *sometimes* try the unusual play, or you're too predictable. Still, man, the Patriots couldn't have stopped Lynch there, even stacking up. Could they? We'll never know.

Oh, and Katy Perry sucks. I don't even dislike bubblegum, but ugh. Maybe it was the context.
