Happiness Is…

I have a friend who’ll watch the NFL and occasionally check in on a hockey or basketball game but who really sits around all winter waiting for baseball to return. He’d watch a channel that just showed a still picture of a baseball; that’d be enough to keep him warm.

I spoke to him  yesterday and he was so excited to see an exhibition game on TV.

So happy, in fact, he got busy with photoshop and sent this.

Ah, baseball.

Yup. I'm only getting Reds vs. Indians spring training games. And I'll watch them.

Supposed to hit the forties next week, but daylight savings time ends this Sunday.

I miss that Woody Allen..he's been pretty intolerable for the last 20+ years..

Why is Opening Day so late this year?

Typically spring training is exciting for me, until it starts and then I just want opening day to come because meaningless games are hard to watch. I was so excited for the first game though. But since i've lost some interest. Just following via box scores and lohud and what not. Looking forward to the regular season.
