Hump day of vacation here in Lake Gaston. Radar shows a big storm moving in, been a heat advisory every day so far and forecast to continue. For two winters straight before this past one I've had 14 below zero (Fahrenheit) nights so the heat isn't so bad.

Storm might knock of power, and the router, so I might be in the dark.

And here it comes

6 pitches? Grrrrr

My gut feeling is we're going to need a Hiroic performance to have a shot tonight.

Hm. This is not going to end well.

One one thing Astros lead, isn't that where we want them?

Coulda been worse.
But those walks are what kill you.

McCullers has a point.
But it isn't winning him points with the umpire.

Humph.
Two on for our only really good hitter. No dice.

13 rbj   ~  Jul 27, 2016 7:55 pm

Blech

Insufficiently Hiroic

That oughta do it.

Well, rbj, maybe we can each get to bed early tonight.

Yeah, I'm on vacation, don't need a stressor. I'll go read a non electronic book before turning in
