When Baseball Doesn’t Matter

The Yanks won and won big yesterday against the Twins but it all seemed trivial after a little girl was hit with a line drive off Todd Frazier’s bat. Just a devastating moment. So damn upsetting. I can’t stop thinking about the girl and her family and hope that she will be okay.

Yanks with the day off and are up in Toronto this weekend.

Yeah, that really has me rattled...

Yankees really need to extended the netting...this weekend.

Definitely extend. Either slip the balls under the net or toss them over. Or else sell them at the souvenir stops for $5 a pop, proceeds going to charity. It’s just not worth it anymore.

Yankee brass deserves to be vilified for not extending the netting sooner. It is not a small matter to be discussed. Do it.

All the stadiums have it in Japan and, when I first came here, I used to think it sucked. But after attending many games, I realized that you don't even notice it. It doesn't detract from your experience at all. Your eyes just ignore it.

[3] Same same, I don't notice it at all anymore.

Hoping all our beisbol loving fellow Americans in Puerto Rico will get through this disaster, the power grid is completely knocked out.. :(
