Pitter Pat: Sunday Soul

That’s the sound the rain made against my window in the Bronx last night.

I could be wrong but it doesn’t look like the Yankees and Rays will play today.

Update: Today’s game has been rained out.

Meanwhile, cool out to this:

Nice drizzly afternoon. A good day for cooking. And probably watching Tim Wakefield try again for W 200 later this afternoon.

Good Sox/Ms game. Seattle has scored five in seven, but Wakefield is only at 82 pitches. So although he trails 5-1, he could still get his W, if the Sox mount a comeback. I bet if they score here in the 8th Francona will give Wake a chance in the bottom, so he's still in line if there's a big comeback.

2-run Jewish homer. Wake still has a chance.

Brandon League puts down the Red Sox, and Wake gets another L.
