I love old maps, and this is a very interesting one. Had no idea there was a reservoir at Bryant Park, nor did I know about the Roman Catholic Orphans Asylum that took up two whole blocks on 51st between Fifth and Park.

in the exhibit on the development of the grid last summer (i think last summer) at the museum of the city of ny had some amazing maps.
this one is really interesting - lot of churches.
