Yeah, I don’t expect Hiroki to return either. His time with the Yanks will be short whether he comes back or not but he’s been a pleasure to root for.

He has been a pleasure to root for; interesting that I felt the same about Matsui. Both fit the category of what we used to call "consumate pros"

all pitchers have their ups and downs, but I always felt good before Hiroki's games. Same as CC, and Andy. Easy to root for. His departure, along with Andy's would leaves two big holes in the rotation. Would be great to replace them with promising young pitchers.
