Still have a bunch of vynal in the basement. Turntable too. Maybe it's age and my loss of hearing, but the re-engineered CDs (esp, those put out by Neil Young) sound better.

They don't make new styluses (styli?) for my turntable and what with the need for a new furnace I'm not buying a new turntable any time soon. Still, I do prefer vinyl.

And album art was so much better back in the day. CDs ruined it and now with iPods and iPod nanos, why bother.

I've just about stopped buying CDs. Downloads or vinyl for me. Don't see the point of getting a CD when it's getting ripped then filed as soon as I get it. On the other hand vinyl's aesthetically pleasing and there something ritual about playing it.
