My son, and nephew to our host, just played this song at his third open-mic night. In November he played Papa Don't Take no Mess. Then followed that in January with The Ocean as a part of a John Bonnam(sp) tribute. Sunday night was a Stewart Copeland tribute. And he killed it.

I was the kid who was taking apart the electric guitars to see how they worked, not playing them. Watching my son play the drums is otherworldly. I just can't believe he, and all you banter drummers, can do what you do.

And as my son found out over the past weeks while preparing, you can't fake Stewart Copeland. Really incredible.

Stewart is not only an amazing drummer, but also an incredible all-around musician.

I taught "Walking On The Moon" last week and will be teaching one of Bonham's masterpieces - "Good Times, Bad Times" - tomorrow night.
