Gotcha

fire escape bags

Yanks got a taste of their own medicine yesterday. Yeah, they staged a late-inning comeback but they couldn’t bring home the winning run. Aaron Judge whiffed with the bases loaded in the 9th, the mighty Casey! He had another nice day but even he can’t win ‘em all.

7-4 was the final.

Buck Showalter’s red-faced conniption was worth the price of admission.

Those disagreeable blue birds are in town for three.

Never mind the set-back:

Let’s Go Yank-ees!

Buck, Gene Michael and Howie Spira saved the Yankees. This fan does not forget.

Stuck at work til 8 pm. Nice piece at The Players Tribute by none other than Ryan Leaf. In the form of "letter to my younger self" which can be trite, but it's a good read. Upshot: nearly three years in prison was good for him.

Wow, this whole game does suck.
I'm bailing. (Which vastly increases the chance of a big comeback.)

I'm bailing too. New game tomorrow

I do not support a reduction in run differential.

Boring loss. Team had no energy last night. Which happens.
