Yay @ our King Banterer ousting Bobby O.! Finally, someone that actually knows a thing or two about the Yankees, and not because a wife makes him watch!

: )

A pleasure not having to watch Giambino, especially when the situation called for him to throw to second or home. He could stretch out, but couldn't handle the short hops. I always thought he closed his eyes on those.

Diane's comment forms the basis of the segment, cool. You guys could do worse than just discussing Diane's comments each time!

Oh, is "Cani" the plural of "Cano"? I didn't know he was Italian.

[5] HA! ya know, i just copied/pasted that from Pete Abe and i always check, 'coz he spells things wrong all the time or lists 2 DH's, or something. i took a quick glance before, but not thorough.

Blushing ... aw shucks!

This makes up for having to sit at home all day waiting for a refrigerator repairman who never showed up.

I somehow don't think AB will want to start riffing on "Frankie Cervix"-related puns ... :-)

[10] Ah, yeah, they might just skip those.

[6] Yes! Cani belli!
So, not only is he Italian, he's really, really old.

Or a distant relative of Karl Kani...

[6] Actually, to be pedantic, the plural of canis is canes, not cani. is-is.

[6] In Latin, of course! The ur-language, as it were!
