Raw day where I am 41 degrees, windy & rainy.

Was just at a home & garden show, did not realize rosemary could be kept in a pot year round. I'll have to rethink my garden, fresh rosemary year round, yum.

I seem to remember my possibly using this as a selection for NOTD a while back. Good to hear it again.

ALWAYS good to hear it.

So amazing, no one could touch Coltrane at his best!

[3] my brother and i went to a record convention in brooklyn 2 weeks ago, when i was up there visiting. i got the Coltrane 4cd Complete Live at the Village Vanguard set, w/ huge booklet, for $15 freaking dollars! that box set is unreal, man! i've always had the master takes, single cd, highlights, but now i've got the whole thing. it's addicting!

[4] One of my all-time favorites, especially the tracks with Dolphy and Ahmed Abdil-Malik on bass. $15!!!! Damn, I remember paying $45 for the whole set about 8 years ago :(

[4] man, this clip was just great. dolphy showing up in the middle, was such a wonderful treat! this band, at this time, was simply unreal. elvin was rolling thunder back there and garrison is holding down the fort something fierce. mccoy, is just beyond. his stylings are so unique and full. trane is beyond masterful. the whole thing, is just amazing!

yeah man, i love the dolphy trax on the vanguard box set. the versions of India & Spiritual, are all so cool. $45, is not bad at all. quite fair. and you've had the entire set all these years!

i remember buying the Dolphy 9cd box set on Prestige, right when it first came out, in '95. cost me in the 3 digits! : o
