Who's that "ringleader" like clown at about 2:30 on the pitchers mound? He's throwing bats, and windmill pitching in tails. Was there a pre-game vaudeville act warming up the crowd at Yankee games?

Just love vintage color baseball footage. Could watch hours of it.
