The Wife

I’ve been with Emily for close to eleven years. Love her more now than ever.

Did I mention she likes baseball?

She refuses to wear her Cervelli T-shirt because she doesn't ever want it to get old and wear out.

And may you two have many, many, many more years of happiness together.

You're a big ol' Mr. Softee, AB!

Mrs. Jazz sadly has not come around to baseball yet..one of the handful of people in this baseball mad country here to have zero interest..though she enjoyed the atmosphere at the stadium and has dutifully dressed the Jazz Kids in their Jeter & Mariano t-shirts..it's a start.

It's easier in life when you got other fans in the house. I indoctrinated my Peruvian husband and our two kids early on. They might not be quite up to my brand of nuttiness around fandom, but nor are they resentful of the time I spend not paying attention to them. Sort of. That said, the hubby is happy to watch games with me.

Good on you, AB! Gotta love love.

Congratulations, Alex.

Wife as a fan? I couldn't imagine it. Every time Minx complains about me watching a game, just say, "But it's the Red Sox. These games are important. I HAVE to watch" And she backs off. Doesn't matter who's really playing.

Awww .... she seems like a real down-to-earth gal. You make a cute couple.
