Dig the recipe. I love that he uses cilantro stems. Why not, right? And the mint really makes it sing.

Kinda true: I went to visit a friend whom I haven't seen in nine years yesterday up past Kingston; her family invited me to stay for dinner...

Her: Would you like some salad?

Me: Sure, whatcha... (looking into crucible) um...

Her: Oh, it's got diced broccoli, cauliflower, chick peas, red and green peppers and raisins.

Me: (...cricket, cricket) I like raisins!

Actually true: this same friend has a pair of gecko lizards which she feeds meticulously: live crickets fed with organically grown Granny Smith apples and shaken (but not stirred) in vitamin powder. I know I left something out, I have to rescan the schematics...
