no veal or apples, but i love the pasta!

Yeah, no surprises from Chyll Will or thelarmis on that score.

Some people say that classic Bolognese has to include some veal. But some (just as qualified) people say that the paradigm is full grown beef only. If forced to choose I'd go with the latter. But it has to have carrots and white wine.
