I saw the King this morning. He was slinking after a squirrel. Then he saw me, came over, meowed, and let me pet him. Then he walked off and took a bath.

Just got back from visiting the in-laws down South. They have this great grey tabby who was the local serial killer (birds, mice, chipmunks, etc...) when living up here in NY. But she is an indoor kitty now, and she seems to have acclimated.
But sometimes, when you look in her eyes, you can see the killer lurking. She's the best!
