I’ve been eating kale like it’s going out of style lately. Usually, I  saute it in olive oil along with some garlic for a few minutes. Salt n serve.

This salad looks nice. From Food 52.

i've been eating lost of kale too lately. gotten it several times in the csa. i've sauteed it like you described as well as once with bacon, also put it in some soup.

It's healthful as all hell. Great is soup. Great with bacon. Then again, what isn't?
